When Growing Minds Need Specialized Care

Mental health challenges in children, teens, and young adults can feel overwhelming.

You might be wondering if what you're seeing is "normal" development or something that needs professional attention. Perhaps you’ve tried other approaches that didn’t quite work, or felt rushed through appointments without getting real answers.

I am here to support you and your family.

Constellation Psychiatry was created to help patients and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, connection, and compassion.

Meet Dr. Amanda Pham, D.O.

Hi, I'm Dr. Pham. I'm so glad you're here!

As a physician and mom, I founded Constellation Psychiatry with a simple guiding principle: to provide the same thoughtful, comprehensive care I would want for my own family.

Growing up in a refugee family, I learned that resilience isn't just about surviving challenges, but about finding ways to thrive despite them. I came to understand how generational trauma, cultural divides, and stigma can deeply impact mental health. I also witnessed the transformative power of resilience and the essential role that families and communities play in breaking cycles and supporting their loved ones through healing. These personal experiences ignited my passion for psychiatry and shaped my commitment to providing comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care that honors each person's unique story.

As a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, I bring specialized expertise to every patient interaction. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be truly heard and understood. That's why I take the time to explore the complete picture by considering the unique experiences, cultural background, lifestyle factors, daily stressors, and key relationships that collectively contribute to mental health challenges. This comprehensive approach allows me to develop personalized care plans that address not just symptoms, but the whole person.

Whether supporting a child, teen, or young adult, my goal remains the same: to empower each individual to find balance, realize their full potential, and shine their brightest.

Together, we’ll connect the dots towards a brighter future.
