    ✓ A clearer understanding of what's happening

✓ A decision about whether we're the right fit for each other

For children and teens, initial evaluations include extended time to allow parents to participate.

We’ll plan regular check-ins to monitor progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments to our treatment plan as needed. I will explain everything clearly so you and your family understand your options and the reasoning behind every recommendation.

✓ A review of how things have been going since your last visit

Insurance & Payment Information

In-Network Insurance:

Aetna

Anthem Blue Cross of CA

✓ Blue Shield of CA

Your copay or coinsurance will be collected at time of service according to your plan benefits. Please note, Constellation Psychiatry does not accept any Medicaid/Medi-Cal or Medicare plans.

Out-of-Network Insurance:

For patients with other insurance plans, Constellation Psychiatry is considered out-of-network and self-pay pricing applies. I provide detailed superbills that can be submitted for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and understand your potential reimbursement.

To make the reimbursement process easier, I’ve partnered with Reimbursify, a service that helps you file claims for out-of-network reimbursement quickly and easily. File your first claim for free.

Why This Approach to Insurance?

By limiting insurance contracts and maintaining a smaller practice, I can offer higher quality care and personalized attention to each patient.
