How to Book:

  1. Submit Your Request: Find a time below and answer a few questions to ensure a good fit. A credit card is required to hold your spot but will not be charged until your visit.

  2. Receive Confirmation: I review all requests and will follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm your evaluation.

  3. Complete Onboarding: Once confirmed, you’ll receive information and intake forms. If using insurance, look out for a separate email from Headway, my billing partner, to create an account and verify your benefits.
